How much is shipping? Shipping fees vary depending on your location and store policies, such as the number of products purchased. You can calculate your exact shipping costs by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your shipping address. Shipping fees will be updated instantly and displayed in your total.
Where do you ship to? We offer worldwide shipping.
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses? We do not accept deliveries to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders if you wish to ship products to different addresses.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)? We ship to P.O. boxes, but not to military addresses (APO/FPO).
Do you offer express shipping? Currently, we only offer standard shipping for our products.
Can I apply a promo code after completing my purchase? It is not possible to add a promo code to an existing order after it has been placed. If you want to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service.
How to use a promo code during checkout? If you have a valid and active promo code, select your products, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the code in the designated field.
Can I use two promo codes at the same time? Unless otherwise stated, only one promo code can be used per order.
Can I place an order by phone? We currently do not accept orders by phone. Please place your order online.

Order Tracking and Delivery Questions:
How can I track my package? Tracking information is available in the order confirmation or shipping email. If your order contains multiple items, each item may have a different delivery date and tracking number.
What should I do if my tracking number isn’t working? It may take 3 to 5 business days for the tracking number to be activated by the carrier. Depending on the shipping method, tracking information may not be available immediately. Rest assured, your order is on its way. If your order does not arrive within 30 business days (EU/USA) or 45 business days (international), please contact our customer service.
What should I do if my package is missing? Most deliveries arrive on time, but sometimes a package may be marked as “delivered” when you haven’t received it. In this case:
- Check your delivery address and any possible places where the package could have been left (mailbox, neighbors, etc.).

- Track your package via the tracking link in your confirmation email.
