Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time and without prior notice if deemed necessary. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make final decisions at our discretion in case of any issues between the two parties.
1. Order Modification/Cancelation
1.1. We process your order immediately to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, once the order is processed, some details can no longer be modified. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us via our contact form within six hours of placing your order.
You can modify the product variant and/or the shipping address. If the modification results in an increase in the order amount, an additional payment will be required. If we do not receive payment confirmation within 48 hours, the order will be processed with the initial details. If the modification results in a decrease in the original amount, the difference will not be refunded.
If the cancellation of one or more products affects eligibility for a promotional offer, the discount may be canceled.
1.2. If you cancel your order within six hours, you are still responsible for transaction fees (if applicable), which are non-refundable.
1.3. After six hours, cancellations are no longer possible. If incorrect or insufficient information (such as an incomplete address) prevents processing and/or delivery of the order, we will contact you via email. If we do not receive a response within the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the remaining amount, after deducting any processing and shipping costs.
2. Exchange & Refund
2.1. Conditions for exchange or refund (if applicable):
- Your order was not delivered successfully within 30 working days (at most 45 working days from the date of the order).
- Your order has a quality issue. Any quality-related claims must be made within 7 working days of the date specified in the tracking information.
2.2. To process your request quickly, please provide the following evidence:
- A video of the unboxing at the time of receipt.
- Photos showing quality defects or damaged parts of the received product.
- Photos of the wrong item received (if the color, design, or size does not match your order).
- Photos of the size label and product measured with a ruler (if the size does not match the size guide).
- A photo of the shipping label on the received package.
2.3. Once eligibility is confirmed by email, we will proceed with a refund or send the replacement product within 7 working days.
You will receive the tracking number for your replacement product within 1-7 working days.
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
3.1. We may require certain information/documents related to your order. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend or close your customer account. Support may be denied if the required information is not provided.
3.2. We are not responsible for loss or failure of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of the package, or theft of goods after delivery.
3.3. We do not take responsibility for order errors made by the user, such as incorrect selection of size, design, or color.
3.4. The packaging of bulky products must meet the standard criteria of carriers, which may result in product creases during packaging. This is not a defect. To remove the creases, leave the product flat for 3-5 days.
