- Order Processing
Under normal conditions, our usual processing times for most products are as follows:
Orders containing print-on-demand items are typically processed within 1 to 7 business days.
Orders containing custom items require an additional 1 to 3 business days for processing.
- SHIPPING METHODS, DELIVERY TIMES, AND SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the type and number of items ordered. Available shipping options, along with corresponding delivery times and fees, are displayed at checkout.

The estimated delivery time for your order will be indicated in the order confirmation email.
Final delivery is typically handled by the local postal service. The actual delivery time may vary depending on postal services. During peak demand periods, shipping services may require an additional 5 to 10 business days.
- Delivery Conditions
We work with multiple carriers who handle shipping based on the delivery address.
Items shipped from the United States to international destinations are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not charge VAT (Value Added Tax). Any taxes, duties, and additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The package may be subject to local customs taxes or VAT depending on the destination country. - Address Modification
Once the order has entered production, we can no longer modify the delivery address. If you need to update it, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order via the email address provided at the bottom of this page or fill out this contact form.
- Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, you will be responsible for any transaction fees (if applicable), which are non-refundable. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
