These terms apply to your use of namethreads.com and to every purchase from it. The site is operated by Namezily LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent’s permission) and that you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, our Refund & return policy and our Privacy policy.

1. Made-to-order products

Every item is printed on demand after you order, with the name or text you enter. At checkout you confirm the spelling, style, color and size of each item. We print exactly what you confirmed. Because personalized items can’t be resold, they are not eligible for return or exchange except as described in our Refund & return policy.

2. Your content

You are responsible for any name or text you submit. Don’t submit text that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, or that infringes someone else’s trademark, copyright or rights of publicity. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion and will refund it in full if we do.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include the item; shipping, any optional Shipping Protection and any discount are shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is charged where required by law. Payment is processed by PayPal when you place the order; you can pay with a PayPal account, Venmo, Pay Later or a debit/credit card without a PayPal account. We never see or store your full card number. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Discount codes

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, can’t be combined with other offers or applied to past orders, and expire on the date shown. Only one code can be used per order.

5. Production, delivery and risk

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. See our Shipping policy for lost and delivered-but-missing packages.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have any problem with an order, please contact [email protected] first; we respond within 1 business day. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. If a dispute is opened, we will provide the payment provider with your order record, the details you confirmed at checkout, tracking and delivery information, and these policies. If a dispute is decided in our favor, or is withdrawn, any amount you recover without basis remains owed to us. We may refuse future orders from anyone who files disputes in bad faith.

7. Intellectual property

Designs, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to Namezily LLC. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without written permission. Buying a product gives you the item, not the rights to the design.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Product images are digital previews; actual colors and placement can vary slightly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
